How do I get to the Dreams Macao Beach Resort upon arrival?
Upon arrival at Punta Cana Airport, look for designated travel staff holding a Co-operators sign. They will assist you with transportation to the resort, which is located 28 kilometers away. Round-trip airport transfers will be arranged for qualifiers and their guest on core dates.
Please note, pre-arranged transfers are for core conference dates only (April 24 and April 28). If you are traveling outside of these dates, you are responsible for your transportation to and from the resort. Alternatively, if you would like assistance arranging a private transfer, please contact Lorandus.
What is my baggage allowance?
Please check your airline’s website for details on baggage allowance, restricted items, etc. Please keep your receipt for reimbursement for your 1st checked bag per qualifier and guest per direction if it is not included with your flight. Please submit your baggage receipts to Lorandus by May 5th, 2025.
Who books the flights?
Lorandus will manage all flight bookings for the qualifier and their registered guest.
Can I bring additional guests?
You are welcome to bring additional guests at your cost. Children under the age of 3 stay free, provided they are in the same room as the adult guests. Only one guest is permitted to attend the events.
How many people can stay in a room?
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children under 13 years old or 3 adults + 1 child under 13 years old.
How much is the rate to extend my stay at the Dreams Macao Beach?

Can additional guests attend events?
Only the qualifier and one guest are permitted to attend group events.
