The Dreams Los Cabos offers modern, spacious accommodations with elegant décor and luxurious touches throughout. Each suite features a private balcony terrace with views of the ocean or lush resort grounds, refined furnishings, and twice daily housekeeping to provide a polished and relaxed retreat for every guest.
Transfers
Please note, pre-arranged transfers are for core conference dates only (April 23 and April 27). If you are traveling outside of these dates, you are responsible for your transportation to and from the resort. Alternatively, if you would like assistance arranging a private transfer, please contact Lorandus here.
How do I get to the Dreams Los Cabos Resort upon arrival?
Upon arrival at Los Cabos International Airport, look for designated travel staff holding a Co-operators sign. They will assist you with transportation to the resort, which is located 25 kilometers away. Round-trip airport transfers will be arranged for qualifiers and their guest on core dates.

What is my baggage allowance?
Please check your airline’s website for details on baggage allowance, restricted items, etc. Please keep your receipt for reimbursement for your 1st checked bag per qualifier and guest per direction if it is not included with your flight. Please submit your baggage receipts to Lorandus here by May 5th, 2026.
Who books the flights?
Lorandus will manage all flight bookings for the qualifier and their registered guest.
Can I bring additional guests?
You are welcome to bring additional guests at your cost. Children under the age of 2 stay free, provided they are in the same room as the adult guests. Only one guest is permitted to attend the program events.
How much is the rate to extend my stay at the Dreams Los Cabos?

Can additional guests attend events?
Yes, additional guests are welcome to attend the Welcome and Farewell events. Please note, only 1 guest per qualifier is permitted to attend the Awards dinner.
Can I upgrade my room?
If you are interested in upgrading your room, kindly contact the Lorandus team here for pricing and availability for other upgrades.
Is there a fitness centre on the property?
Yes – the Dreams Los Cabos Resort has a fitness centre available.
Is there a Spa at the hotel?
Yes. Enhance your resort experience with a tailored spa experience at Dreams Spa. Their skilled Spa Therapists will provide a personalized evaluation to recommend the perfect treatments (Additional fees apply).
How many people can stay in a room?
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years old or 3 adults + 1 child under 12 years old.
