Before you leave for the airport
- It is recommended that you complete your online check-in with the airline 24 hours prior to departure. Please review your flight itinerary with the Airline Reservation Code that you received at the time of booking. Your passport will be required for this process. If you have been advised that you are on a ‘group flight,’ you are not required to check-in online. Please allow yourself extra time at the airport.
- Photocopy your passport/ID. Take one copy with you (and keep it separate from your passport) and leave one copy at home.
- Ensure all carry-on electronic items are working and fully charged, as you may be required to turn these devices on at security checkpoints.
- Have your emergency contact information, travel insurance, and all pertinent phone numbers and policy numbers.
- Take some U.S. cash in smaller denominations for incidentals such as coffee, additional gratuities, etc.
Departure from Canada
- To allow enough time for the pre-clearance and security process, airlines recommend that you arrive at the airport at least three hours before your flight departure time.
- Keep your passport and boarding pass handy as you will need it at various points before boarding the plane.
- Do not leave luggage unattended at any time.

Arrival at Los Cabos International Airport
Transfer time to the hotel is approximately 35 minutes.

Information about your arrival at the Los Cabos Airport will be provided closer to program dates.
Transportation will be arranged for all attendees and their guest from the Los Cabos Airport to the hotel and return on core conference dates only. Your additional guests/children can be included if space permits at an additional cost.
Transportation to and from your home to your nearest airport is your responsibility.

How much is the rate to extend my stay at the Dreams Los Cabos Resort?
If you are considering extending your stay or bringing additional guests to this year’s event, please familiarize yourself with the following information.
This rate is guaranteed three nights pre- and post- the program dates of April 23-27, 2026. Pre- and post-stays are subject to availability at the time of request.
